At Boxfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unused equipment. If your training gear isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange process as fast as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
- 3.Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5 business days.
